Marie O'Neill has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Marie started their career in 1995 with Whitsons Culinary Group, where they worked in the Human Resources department until 2002. After that, they joined Suffolk County National Bank as an HR Generalist and Bank Officer, where they worked for 14 years until 2016. From 2016 onwards, Marie O'Neill joined Family Service League - Long Island, where they have held various HR roles including HR Manager, Human Resources Director, and currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Marie O'Neill received their Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Suffolk County Community College. Marie completed their studies at the college from 1992 to 1994.

We currently have over 60 programs in 21 locations, including 5 Family Centers, designed to help children, families in crisis, senior citizens, people who are homeless, unemployed, or mentally ill.
