Melissa-Lauren Hooks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in grant administration, clinical trials, and healthcare management. Currently serving as the Director of Grant Administration at Family Service of Rhode Island since September 2024, Melissa-Lauren develops and manages grants while leveraging over six relevant skills. Concurrently, as a President's Board Member at HopeHealth since November 2022, Melissa-Lauren engages with stakeholders to promote high-quality healthcare services, including hospice and palliative care. Previously, a Consultant Director of Clinical Trials Diversity and Inclusion at i3 Strategy Partners, Melissa-Lauren focused on bridging health disparities through innovative solutions. Additionally, up until June 2024, Melissa-Lauren held the role of Clinical Trial Research Supervisor at Rhode Island Hospital's Department of Dermatology and served as a Senior Research Administrator with expertise in medical research.
