Elga Michelle Hernandez possesses extensive experience in parental coaching, currently serving as a Parent Coach at the Family Service Association of San Antonio, Inc. since October 2014, while also fulfilling the same role at the Family Service Association since August 2010. Prior experience includes a position at Beckman Coulter from January 2001 to October 2003, focusing on the packing and transportation of hazardous materials, including documentation and labeling. Elga holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Autonoma de Honduras, earned between 1992 and 1997.
