Jazmynn Cruz

Jazmynn Cruz is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Case Manager at Family Services of NW PA since May 2023. With a solid background in customer service demonstrated through previous roles as an Associate at Walmart and a Crew Member at Subway and Dunkin' Brands, Jazmynn also gained valuable experience in the legal field while working in Court Administration at the Erie County Courthouse. An alumnus of Mercyhurst University, Jazmynn holds a degree in Criminal Justice, specializing in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration, and completed earlier education at Northwest Pennsylvania Collegiate Academy and Gannon University.
