Precious is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Family Support Services, where they are responsible for developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives. Prior to this, they served as the HR Director and HR Manager in the same organization, where they streamlined HR processes and policies and implemented an advanced HR information system.

In addition to their academic achievements, Precious has obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the SHRM Certification institution in February 2018.
