Natalie McGill

Natalie McGill is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and management. Currently serving as a Teller at Family Trust Federal Credit Union since February 2021, previous roles include Customer Experience Manager at The Michaels Companies, Inc. and Event Intern at Charlotte Convention Center. Natalie began a career in hospitality as a Kitchen Assistant at The Feed Room Grill and gained experience as a Concierge at Walt Disney World, where guest check-in and requests were effectively managed. Additional experience includes hosting at Mr. Friendly’s, serving as Judicial Board Chair for Sigma Alpha Omega, and working as a Sales and Event Intern at Brookland Banquet and Conference Center. Educationally, Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management from the University of South Carolina, where involvement included checking in student athletes and assisting the Greater Clover Chamber of Commerce.
