Ann-Marie Reddy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and management roles within various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Development at FamilyAid since October 2022, Reddy previously held positions including Senior Consultant in the affordable housing sector and Director of Development & Communications at The Rhode Island Public Health Institute. Prior roles include Director of Annual Giving at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and Director of the Annual Fund at Johnson & Wales University. Reddy also served as Executive Director at Mt. Hope Learning Center and owned Reddy Management Consulting, specializing in services for media companies. Additional experience includes an interim executive role at City Year Rhode Island. Reddy holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Communication Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master's degree in Public Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

As the longest-serving provider of solutions to family homelessness in Greater Boston, we offer a combination of time-tested and innovative solutions to keep families in their homes whenever possible, provide shelter when needed, and support families to sustain housing over the long term. FamilyAid provides shelter, housing, and hope to more than 700 families each year, including more than 1,500 children.
