Ken Mallon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative support and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the President at FamilyAid since July 2023, Ken previously held positions including Studio Director and Chief of Staff for Innovation at Savills North America, where responsibilities included enhancing employee and guest experiences. Prior to that, Ken worked as an IT Governance Analyst and Executive Assistant at Amundi US, managing schedules and coordinating high-level meetings. Ken's career also includes roles as Director of Production at First American Mortgage Trust, Manager of Marketing Programs at Dataupia, and various positions in marketing and administrative functions. Ken graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Marketing and Finance from Northeastern University.

As the longest-serving provider of solutions to family homelessness in Greater Boston, we offer a combination of time-tested and innovative solutions to keep families in their homes whenever possible, provide shelter when needed, and support families to sustain housing over the long term. FamilyAid provides shelter, housing, and hope to more than 700 families each year, including more than 1,500 children.
