Lesly Alvarado

Lesly Alvarado serves as the Director of Operations and Human Resources at FamilyAid Boston since April 2019, bringing extensive experience in operations and human resources from previous roles at YWCA Boston, where Alvarado held multiple positions including Director of Operations and Human Resources Manager from March 2006 to April 2019. Additionally, Alvarado contributed to ALPFA, Inc. as Chair of Women of ALPFA from 2013 to 2018, and began a career in human resources as a Coordinator at Remy International from February 2001 to December 2003. Alvarado holds a Master's degree in Administration, Innovation and Technology from Boston University, obtained between 2004 and 2006.
