Luis Ortiz

Luis Ortiz has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as Marine Corps in the United States Marine Corps from 1994 to 2005, where they were responsible for gate monitoring, patrolling, and securing restricted areas. Luis then transitioned to United Airlines, where they worked as a Manager of Operations from 1994 to 2007, focusing on implementing new practices and processes to improve communication and boost business success. At Xerox, they served as the Director of Operations from 2007 to 2013, overseeing day-to-day operations and fostering professional relationships. Luis continued their career at C3 Customer Contact Channels, where they were the Director of International Operations from 2013 to 2018, playing a crucial role in business development and strategic account management. Most recently, they joined ZPE Systems in 2023 as the Director of Operations and Human Resources.

Luis Ortiz obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from West Valley College from 1991 to 1994. Later in 1994, they also earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business from San Jose State University.
