Masami Dustin is an experienced professional currently serving as the Strategic Projects Manager at FamilyAid since January 2020, where responsibilities include collaborating with various stakeholders to address barriers faced by homeless children and spearheading asset mapping initiatives. Additionally, Masami is the CHIME Project Manager at CHIMEBoston, leading a significant community solutions initiative for parents facing homelessness. Previous roles encompass serving as an Ambassador to the Dean at UNH Peter T. Paul College and a Social Innovation Fellow at the College for Social Innovation, showcasing a strong commitment to social impact and innovation. Masami holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.

As the longest-serving provider of solutions to family homelessness in Greater Boston, we offer a combination of time-tested and innovative solutions to keep families in their homes whenever possible, provide shelter when needed, and support families to sustain housing over the long term. FamilyAid provides shelter, housing, and hope to more than 700 families each year, including more than 1,500 children.
