Moni Lichi is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and employee relations. Currently serving as a Recruiter and Human Resources Coordinator at FamilyAid Boston since June 2021, Moni previously worked as a Human Resources Administrative Specialist at APECS, where contributions included developing HR strategies for international extensions. Moni's expertise also encompasses roles at Hub Recruiting, where a successful full life cycle recruiting strategy led to significant company growth, and experience as a Founder and Job Search Strategist at Precious Life, LLC.
