Patrizia Feroleto

Patrizia Feroleto is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources, Communication Lead, and HR Coordinator for Central Europe at Losinger Marazzi SA since January 2019, Patrizia leads the HR function for 800 employees across six sites and is an active member of the Management Board, contributing to cultural change within the company. Patrizia also engages as a regular columnist at Le Temps and as a member of the board at Fondation Coup d’Pouce and Cercle suisse des administratrices. Previous roles include Vice-President of Human Resources at CSEM and Human Resources Director at Richemont and Nestlé Research Center. Patrizia holds a Master of Arts from the University of Lausanne and various certifications in coaching and organizational development.
