Andrew J. Griesemer is an experienced professional in media, marketing, and leadership roles. Currently serving as Innovative Events Media/Production Manager at FamilyLife since April 2023, Andrew previously held the position of Director of Marketing & Community Development at a Chick-fil-A franchise from March 2021 to December 2022, where notable achievements included a 46% growth in the membership base and over $1 million in year-over-year sales growth. Prior to that, Andrew was President & CEO of The Shea Group Inc, managing brands specializing in photography; worked as a Digital Media Instructor at Osceola County School District; and gained experience at Apple, Disney Vacation Club, and Guitar Center. Andrew holds a Master’s Degree in Executive Leadership and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Liberty University.

At FamilyLife, we understand there is a gap between the intention we have for our families and what we actually experience in life. Too often, our relationships fall short of what we desire them to be. We don’t show up like we want to. We find it hard to come through in hard times.
