Cas Monaco, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in the field of missiology and gospel engagement. Since 2021, Cas has been serving as the VP of Missiology & Gospel Engagement at FamilyLife. Prior to that, Cas worked at Cru for a decade, starting in 2011. During their time at Cru, Cas held various leadership roles, including Executive Director of Gospel In Culture and Executive Director of Leader Development.
Cas Monaco, Ph.D. completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Utah between 1980 and 1982. This was followed by obtaining a Master of Divinity Equivalent degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary from 2011 to 2013. Eventually, Cas pursued a Doctor of Philosophy - Ph.D. in Theology & North American Missiology from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, graduating in 2020.
