Kaitlyn Shuman

Kaitlyn Shuman is an experienced project manager and dance instructor with a diverse background in project coordination and client relations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at FamilyLife since July 2022, Kaitlyn has successfully led cross-functional teams and implemented project management best practices while ensuring client satisfaction. Concurrently, Kaitlyn has been a Dance Instructor at Stone Dance Academy since August 2019 and previously instructed at Revolutions Dance Company, focusing on student development and communication with parents. With a degree in Public Relations from the University of Central Florida, Kaitlyn has also held roles in guest relations, volunteer coordination, and event planning, demonstrating strong organizational and interpersonal skills throughout their career.
