Patrick Jones has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in eCommerce, engineering, and aviation. As an eCommerce Program Manager at FamilyLife since October 2015, Patrick has been instrumental in building and managing an online store using WooCommerce. Previous roles included Business Systems Analyst - Specialist and Business Analyst, where a commitment to full-time ministry and family outreach was emphasized. At PSC, Patrick developed a new training and certification program for over 1,500 employees. During a decade at United Space Alliance, Patrick served as a NASA Space Shuttle Flight Controller and International Space Station Flight Controller, achieving certifications in various technical roles. Patrick's career began in the United States Navy as an Aircraft Mechanic and Quality Assurance Supervisor, earning an honorable discharge. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
