Collette Romano is a seasoned Case Manager at Familylinks, Inc. since December 2013, where responsibilities include coordinating support services for the OPTIONS program, assessing needs, and facilitating resource counseling and service planning for participants and their families. Previous experience includes work as a Childcare Provider from January 2007 to January 2019, offering childcare, tutoring, and household support. Collette also served as a Professional Tutor at the Community College of Allegheny County in 2013 and as a Substitute Teacher for various school districts in 2012-2013. Collette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from PennWest California and a Master of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Phoenix.
