Jim Needles has extensive experience in information technology and business systems, currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Familylinks, Inc. since January 2021. Previously, Jim held the position of Vice President of Business Information Systems at the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh. Additional roles include Information Technology at KTA-Tator, Inc. from 2003 to 2005, Global Project Manager for Oracle Applications at Thermo Fisher Scientific from 1997 to 2001, and Management Information Systems at Adtranz from 1984 to 1997.
