Grant Skousen

Grant Skousen has extensive experience in user experience and human factors engineering, currently serving as Chief Empathy Officer and User Experience Manager at FamilySearch since October 2003. In addition to these roles, Grant has operated 7i design since January 1998, focusing on enhancing client customer experiences through consultation and training in customer-centered design and usability testing. Previous positions include Human Factors Engineer and Team Lead at Intel, Developer and Design Lead at WordPerfect/Novell, and Programmer at Brigham Young University. Grant holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.
