Mike Demille

Mike DeMille is a seasoned software engineer with a diverse background in cloud-native solutions, software development, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Software Development Engineer 4 at FamilySearch, Mike has demonstrated expertise in loading massive datasets, improving build reliability, and acting as a subject matter expert on AWS technologies. Prior positions include Senior Software Engineer at Alianza, Inc., where Mike led the development of a telecommunications solution using AWS services, and Principal Software Engineer at Cvent, where Mike oversaw critical product lines and enhanced development processes. With a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Brigham Young University, Mike possesses extensive experience in mentoring, technical writing, and implementing Agile methodologies across various teams and projects.
