Scott Wakefield

Scott Wakefield is a seasoned software quality assurance engineer with extensive experience in various roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior QA Engineer at FamilySearch since January 2016, Scott has a strong background in quality assurance, having previously worked at Visa as a Senior Software QA Engineer, where responsibilities included ensuring the quality of the Authorize.Net platform and maintaining regression suites. Prior positions include software development at ReliaSoft Corporation, ETL development at The University of Arizona, and quality assurance roles for both The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and Waterford Institute. Scott holds a Master of Science in Management of Information Systems from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Utah Valley State College.
