Head of Sales & Customer Support at Famoco

Jeremy Robin has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to sales, customer support, and marketing coordination.

From 2017 onwards, they worked at FAMOCO as the Head of Sales & Customer Support. Jeremy'sresponsibilities included setting up the online store, managing support and customer experience, defining strategies and action plans, developing procedures and standards, coordinating internal teams to address customer requests, implementing performance indicators, recruiting and evaluating team members, and implementing best practices in customer experience.

Prior to that, from 2005 to 2017, they worked as a Consultant Expert at Relaytion, specializing in customer relations and experience.

From 1999 to 2002, they worked at ClientLogic, where they held various roles such as Business Support & Marketing Coordinator, Responsible for Training in France, and Call Center Manager. In these positions, they coordinated sales, operational, and support teams for responding to bids, developed commercial documents and communication materials for the European market, organized and participated in events.

In 1998, Jeremy worked as a supervisor at Phonecom.

Jeremy Robin received their Licence degree in Sciences économiques et sociales from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines in 1996.
