Tim Hardgrove

Tim Hardgrove is an experienced Technical Project Manager with a diverse background in project management and technical support. Currently, at 3E since November 2015, Tim leads the Generate Tier 1 support team while managing client software implementation projects and coordinating requirements for software process customizations. Prior experience includes roles at PPG Industries, where Tim was a Business Project Manager responsible for developing internal software applications, and earlier positions in network management and technical support. Tim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from Malone University and an Associate's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from Stark State College.
