Damon Mills

Damon Mills has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Damon is currently serving as the Head of IT Delivery & Operations at Service Stream, where they lead multiple teams and manages a significant budget. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the transformation and consolidation of finance and payroll systems. Prior to their current position, Damon worked at Lendlease, where they held several roles such as System Operations Manager, Performance Reporting Manager, and Lead Project Controls Engineer. During their tenure at Lendlease, they managed operations, guided teams, and implemented systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Damon also has experience as an Electrical Engineer at MRM Engineering Pty Ltd and served as a Rowing Coach at Hunter Valley Grammar School.

Damon Mills obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (honours) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Newcastle, between the years 2012 and 2016. Additionally, they completed their High School Certificate at Hunter Valley Grammar School from 2006 to 2011.
