Anna Steffeney currently serves as the Executive Director at FamTech.org, the only technology association dedicated to the care economy, since October 2021. Prior to this role, Anna held the position of Vice President of Digital Ventures & Transformation at Unum, focusing on digital-first initiatives in the leave and absence market from May 2019 to April 2021. As the Founder and CEO of LeaveLogic from July 2013 to April 2021, Anna worked to enhance the Employee Family Leave Experience through innovative technology and design. Anna's earlier career includes roles at Microsoft as Group Finance Manager and EMEA CSS Controller, and as a Senior Financial Analyst at CitiInsurance International Holdings Inc. Anna began with an Information Technology Leadership Program at Travelers. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Information Technology from Alfred University and a two-year study abroad in Spanish at Universidad de las Américas Puebla.
