Blessing Oyeleye Adesiyan is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with a diverse background in engineering, management consulting, and organizational leadership. As the Founder and CEO of Mother Honestly since October 2018, Blessing has been actively addressing the care gap for families and workplaces globally through technology and advocacy. In addition, Blessing serves as the Executive Director of Caring Africa since August 2023, focusing on building the ecosystem for Africa's development, and is a Board Member at FamTech.org. Blessing has held significant roles at BASF and DuPont, managing operations, leading projects, and enhancing operational excellence across multiple industries. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida, an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and a Master’s in Energy and Environmental Management from the New York Institute of Technology.
