Jin Sha is the Founder and CEO of Baober, where they focus on innovating newborn care solutions for parents. They are also a Founder Member of FamTech.org and Parenthood Ventures, both established in 2024, and actively invest in businesses such as Washville Car Wash and Betr. Previously, Jin served as the Chief Strategy Officer at JW Player from 2011 to 2023 and held various roles in private equity and analysis, including with Deutsche Bank and Avista Capital Partners. Jin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from William & Mary after completing the International Baccalaureate at Shanghai American School.
