Charles Delgado

Charles Delgado, LPC, currently serves as the SVP/COO of Retail Operations at Fanatics, Inc. since January 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing all operational aspects of Fanatics Global Strategic Retail, in-venue retail, and special events retail. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of Regional Vice President of Store Operations at Academy Sports + Outdoors from October 2016 to February 2023, and served as Vice President of Asset Protection at both Meijer and BJ's Wholesale Club from July 2013 to October 2016 and January 2007 to July 2013, respectively. Charles also worked as an Investigator at Target Corporation from 2003 to 2006, and served in the Navy as a Petty Officer from 1985 to 1989. Charles holds a degree from Worcester State University, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
