Damian Szczepara

Damian Szczepara is an accomplished marketing lead and art director currently working at Fanatics since July 2025. Prior to this role, Damian served as a senior art director at Malka from July 2018 to June 2025, where responsibilities included leading art and creative projects, crafting visual brands, and directing photo and video shoots. Experience also includes various positions in graphic design at Sodexo, SUNY New Paltz, and BLU/Real Estate, with notable achievements in branding development and marketing campaigns. Damian holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from SUNY New Paltz, earned in 2018.
