Dawn Stopha serves as the Director of Culture & Organizational Development at Fanatics since April 2021, where responsibilities include promoting core values, setting cultural expectations, and leading strategic initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness. Previously, in the role of Director of Learning and Development, collaboration with global stakeholders improved learning programs focusing on foundational learning and continuous development. At American Express Global Business Travel from August 2016 to April 2021, Dawn held the position of Senior Leader, Design and Delivery, Global Learning & Development, leading a team in designing and facilitating comprehensive learning experiences aligned with corporate objectives. Dawn's career at American Express Company from November 2007 to August 2016 as Senior Manager-Design, Global Learning & Development involved crafting impactful learning solutions that supported organizational goals and employee retention. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising Design from Rutgers University and an Associate of Applied Science in Advertising Design from Mercer College.
