Grace Gu

Grace Gu currently serves as the Director of International Expansion at Fanatics, a position held since May 2023, after previously working as the Senior Manager of M&A and Corporate Development, where responsibilities included executing end-to-end M&A processes. Prior to Fanatics, Grace held the role of Investment Banking Associate focused on Consumer & Retail M&A at Evercore from August 2021 to April 2023, and completed a summer associate position at Evercore in 2020. Earlier experience includes roles at PwC as a Senior Actuarial Associate and Actuarial Associate, as well as a research position at the University of Michigan and an internship as an Actuarial Analyst at Gabriel, Roeder, Smith & Company. Grace holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Actuarial Science, Statistics, and Economics from the University of Michigan.
