Matthew Olson is a professional with diverse experience in the sports and service industries. Currently serving as a Supervisor of Jersey Customization and Retail Supervisor of Merchandise at Fanatics since February 2023, Matthew has also worked with the Minnesota Timberwolves as part of the WolvesAssist Team, enhancing guest experiences during home games. Previous roles include Shift Team Lead at Caribou Coffee, where exceptional customer service skills were developed, and a Gameday Guest Experience Intern with the Minnesota Vikings, focusing on improving guest interactions. Additional experience includes directing camps at Skyhawks Sports Academy, marketing and promotions internships with Mankato MoonDogs, seasonal work with UPS, and operations and maintenance for the City of Brooklyn Park, MN.
