Rich Padilla

Senior Director, Marketing Operations at Fandango

Rich Padilla has an extensive work experience in marketing and CRM roles. Rich started their career at The Walt Disney Company in 1997 as a Marketing Manager, where they initiated Disney's first CRM loyalty marketing initiative. Rich then moved to Walt Disney Internet Group as a Producer, managing enhancements to DisneyStore.com. After that, they joined Yahoo! as a Project Manager, responsible for the development and implementation of new subscription service initiatives. In 2007, they joined The Walt Disney Studios as a Senior Manager, overseeing strategic marketing and technology for the studio's CRM platform. Prior to their current role, Rich worked at Universal Studios Hollywood as a Director of CRM and Database Marketing, responsible for e-mail and loyalty programs, as well as marketing database development and CRM. Currently, Rich is working at Fandango as a Senior Director of Marketing Operations, leading the marketing operations for ticketing brands and focusing on driving the Lifetime Value of the customer base through data-driven strategies.

Rich Padilla received their Bachelor's degree in Radio and Television from San Francisco State University from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended UCLA from 1987 to 1990, although the degree and field of study are unknown.
