Chetan Bagga

Chetan Bagga has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles focusing on product design, customer experience, and strategy. Chetan is currently serving as the Head of Product Design & Research at FanDuel. Previously, they held positions such as Vice President, Experience Design & Strategy at Goods & Services and Sr. Creative Director, Product Design & Customer Experience Strategy at Publicis Sapient. Additionally, they worked as Group Director, Experience Design and Strategy at Rightpoint and held roles at IBM iX and Ironworks Consulting. Throughout their career, Chetan has been involved in building and leading teams, designing and launching innovative products, and creating customer-centric experiences.

Chetan Bagga has a BE degree in Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Information Design and Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
