Keita Young

Keita Young is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at FanDuel since September 2022. Previously, Keita held several positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Senior Director and Global Head of Outside Counsel Engagement, where responsibilities included managing relationships with over 800 outside counsel firms and leading diversity initiatives for the legal department. Additional experience encompasses roles as Diversity Program Manager at JPMorgan Chase, Consultant for Resource Development at the Black Alliance For Educational Options, and Co-Founder of the children’s specialty boutique Duck Duck Goose. Keita began a legal career as an attorney at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP and Hoyle Morris & Kerr, focusing on employment law and complex commercial litigation. Academic credentials include a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a BA in Political Science, cum laude, from Spelman College.
