Jeffrey Nance

Jeffrey Nance is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in customer service support and team management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations at Faneuil Inc since March 2016, Nance oversees a team of thirty agents and is responsible for staff training, performance analysis, and productivity strategy development. Prior to this role, Nance was Operations Manager at Us Motivation and received the GEM Award for exceptional process improvements. Nance also held positions as Allied Project Manager at Crown Lift Trucks, Business Consultant at Jeffrey Nance Contracting, and Packaging Engineer at Yamaha Motor Manufacturing Corporation, where expertise in project management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration was demonstrated. Nance holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
