Damion Henderson

Damion Henderson has over 18 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Fannie Mae since January 2008. In this role, Damion oversees the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion's 12 Employee Resource Groups and acts as a D&I Advisor for Corporate Functions Groups, while also leading diversity recruiting efforts and participating in best practices awards committees. Prior to this position, Damion worked as a Recruiting Manager and Diversity Recruiting Outreach Lead at NRI Staffing Resources and held roles such as General Manager at Kelly Services and Branch Manager at Kelly Services. Damion holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society from UC Santa Barbara.
