Juliann Winn

Juliann Winn is an experienced professional in training and development with a strong background in academic support and strategy. Currently serving as an Enterprise Technical Learning Advisor at Fannie Mae since December 2024, Juliann has held various roles at Acuity, Inc. from April 2020 to December 2024, including Senior Manager, Training and Development, and Training and Development Specialist. Previous experience includes managerial positions at the Association of American Medical Colleges, where Juliann focused on ERAS Strategy and Stakeholder Engagement, as well as director and associate director roles at American University and The Catholic University of America. Juliann began the career in higher education with internships at the University of South Florida and Lehigh University, following a B.B.A in Business Management from Radford University and an M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of South Florida.
