Kimberly Dawson

Kimberly Dawson is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the mortgage servicing and real estate-owned (REO) sectors. Since January 2013, Kimberly has held various senior roles at Fannie Mae, including Sr. Director of Real Estate, where responsibilities encompass REO Fulfillment functions and management of teams and vendors. Prior to Fannie Mae, Kimberly served as Senior Vice President at Bank of America, overseeing short sale production and strategic project management for short sales and REO. Kimberly's career in the industry began at Countrywide Financial Corporation, leading initiatives in bankruptcy and REO management, including the successful establishment of a high-performing REO site. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
