Kimberly Howard

Kimberly Howard is a seasoned project management professional with a diverse background in leading teams and managing large-scale projects. Currently serving as a Portfolio Lead in Learning and Development at Fannie Mae since September 2022, Kimberly previously held the position of PMO Manager at Zones, Inc., where leadership involved overseeing US and international project managers for enterprise projects. Prior experience includes roles as a Production Manager at Russell Investments and the Washington State Department of Transportation, as well as a Grants Development Specialist at EOB Community Action Partnership. Kimberly began their career as a Developmental Editor at Elsevier. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Lincoln University of Missouri, Kimberly is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds ITIL certification.
