Prasuna Chennupati

Prasuna Chennupati is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in application modernization and cloud technologies, currently serving as an Advisor at Fannie Mae since August 2015. In this role, Prasuna has led initiatives to containerize applications for AWS cloud and collaborated with cross-functional teams to establish container design patterns. Previously, Prasuna held positions as a Software Engineer - Lead at Fannie Mae and as a Software Development Manager at Ellucian, where leadership and mentoring of Agile teams were key responsibilities. Prasuna's earlier career includes significant development work in various organizations, such as the Federal Election Commission, Virginia Bioinformatics Institute, and Tata Consultancy Services, where skills in ETL processes, web services, and software design were honed. Prasuna holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and Applications from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
