Shirley Anthony

Shirley Anthony is an accomplished Learning Program Manager with extensive experience in leadership development and training across various industries. Currently at Fannie Mae since September 2021, Shirley supports leadership initiatives. Previously at Hilton from November 2017 to July 2020, as Training Director for Global Revenue Management, Shirley developed a global learning team and significantly enhanced training effectiveness, achieving a high employee engagement score that contributed to Hilton's recognition as the Best Place to Work in 2019 and 2020.
