Lindsey Rhoden

Lindsey Rhoden, AIA, currently serves as the Business Development Manager at Fanning Howey and is a Co-Founder of pebble., both positions held since 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Business Development at Luminaut and Architect/Business Development at McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture, where leadership involved a team focused on various markets including multi-family and higher education. Lindsey also acted as Principal at SPARC Design, P.C., a majority woman-owned firm providing architectural services in Western North Carolina. Academic contributions include adjunct professorships at Appalachian State University, teaching advanced Building Information Modeling and design courses. Lindsey's earlier career includes architecture positions at Clark Nexsen and Narramore Associates, with foundational experience gained during an internship at Fentress Architects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Miami University and a Master's in Architecture from Clemson University.
