William Payne

William Payne is an accomplished architectural professional with extensive experience at Fanning Howey, where service has spanned from February 1989 to the present. William serves as Project Executive/Principal and Executive Director/Principal, leading all aspects of architectural, engineering, interior design, and site design services across eight regional offices with a team of 100 employees. Additionally, leadership included the role of Chief Executive Officer/Principal from September 2014 to January 2024. William holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree in Architecture and Environmental Design from Ball State University, completed in 1980.
