Jana Carter has worked in the tech industry for over 20 years. Jana began their career at Microsoft in 1999 as a Product Manager/Program Manager, where they were responsible for designing and overseeing the roll-out of online community products. In 2008, they joined Telligent Systems, Inc. as a Project Manager, working in conjunction with clients to learn, design, build and roll-out customized product solutions, as well as managing the direction and focus of the engineering team, project schedule and budget. Jana then moved to Stitch Fix in 2014 as a Technical Program Manager. In 2020, they joined Live Nation Entertainment as a Product Owner; Mobile SDK, and also began working at FanReach as Head of Customer Success & Operations.

Jana Carter has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economic Geography from the University of Washington.
