Jose R. Valiente

Jose R. Valiente is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and education. Currently serving as Department Manager for Production at McCormick & Company since May 2018, Jose oversees blending and industrial pack-off operations, leading a large team and ensuring performance across various operational metrics. In addition to this role, Jose functions as a Partial Load Faculty member at Fanshawe College, teaching courses in Operations Management and Supply Chain Management. With a background spanning leadership positions at Goodwill Industries, Cotecna Inspection, Puma Energy, ExxonMobil, and AVX, Jose brings a wealth of knowledge in production, quality control, and employee development.
