Shannon Crinklaw

Shannon Crinklaw, CRSP, CHRL, is a seasoned professional in the fields of business education and environmental health and safety. As a professor at the Lawrence Kinlin School of Business at Fanshawe College since January 2023, Shannon contributes to the development of a diverse suite of business programs aimed at preparing students for global career success. Previously, Shannon has held various leadership roles at Cority, including Director of Professional Services and Project Manager, fostering meaningful changes in environmental, health, safety, and quality software solutions. Shannon's experience extends to Medgate as an EHS Client Consultant and Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, where responsibilities encompassed human resources, training, health and safety, and security. Educational credentials include attendance at Fanshawe College for further studies and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts, specializing in Human Resources/Business from the University of Waterloo.
