Cole Kazemba has worked in various roles in the aerospace and technology industries since 2008. In 2008, they worked as a Laser Processing Laboratory Technical Aide at 3M, where they conducted a variety of laser systems design and research tasks. In 2010, they became an Aerospace Engineering Intern at the NASA Ames Research Center, where they developed a MATLAB tool to rapidly perform sensitivity studies on Thermal Protection Systems for atmospheric entry vehicles. That same year, they also began working as a Masters Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology - Space Systems Design Laboratory. In 2011, they became an Aerospace Engineering Intern at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. From 2012 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Aerospace Systems Engineer at the NASA Ames Research Center, where they were the Lead Systems Engineer for the entry vehicle of the Dragonfly Mission. In 2018, they became the Director of Technology at Fansure, where they developed and maintained a product which delivers sports betting insights to media, sports, and gaming partners, and developed a set of data science and machine learning tools used to protect the fan experience.
Cole Kazemba obtained a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota in 2010, followed by an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2012.
