Kevin Uehlein

Kevin Uehlein is an experienced professional in design and production, currently serving as a Scanning & Production Assistant at Fantagraphics Books since June 2012. Kevin's role involves scanning and archiving materials for a non-fiction coffee table book about Jerry Rubin and has included contributions to other projects such as 'Invitation to Openness: The Jazz & Soul Photography of Les McCann.' In addition to work at Fantagraphics, Kevin operates as a freelance designer and illustrator, providing services that include portraits, logo design, book illustration, and photo archiving. Prior experience includes positions as a Front Desk Clerk at Hotel Coolidge and a Para-Educator at Portland Public Schools. Kevin holds a Master of Fine Arts in Cartooning from the Center for Cartoon Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Art from the University of Oregon.
